Boiled Green Bananas

4-5  Green bananas, whole and unpealed
1 tbs salt
Water
Put pot with water and salt on a medium heat, cover, and cook until banana is soft, about 10-15 minutes.  Remove skin when cooled and eat with fish, codfish, saltfish, pigtail, pig snout, or whatever you want to eat it with.
